Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). However, due to the nature of handmade and custom artwork, certain limitations apply.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or exchanges may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is significantly different from the product description (please note product images and colors may slightly differ due to screen variations)

Not eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in color, size, or pattern due to the handmade nature of the product
  • Custom or personalized artworks (unless damaged or defective)

3. Time Frame for Refund Requests

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted

To request a refund or exchange, email us at contactus@sunsprouttrading.com  with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and the return address in UAE.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.
  • You will receive confirmation once we receive and inspect the return.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to the handmade nature of products.
