1. Processing Time

All local orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time (typically 6–10 business days depending on the complexity). Estimated production time will be communicated at checkout or via email.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

We offer reliable shipping to all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Courier Partner(s): Third party
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
  • Free Delivery: For orders above AED 350

You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number once the order is dispatched.

3. Packaging

All physical artworks are securely packed to protect them during transit. We use sturdy and art-safe materials to ensure your mandala art arrives in perfect condition.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

5. Shipping Delays or Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect delivery information

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly (see our Refund Policy).

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to countries or regions subject to UAE export restrictions or international sanctions. Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order.
